This policy explains which personal data may be processed when you visit Hrafnspeki. In particular, Swiss data protection law applies.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by METANET AG in Switzerland. When a page is requested, technically necessary data such as the IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system may be processed in server logs. This supports secure and stable operation and fault analysis. Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or required by law.

Content management with Sanity

Editorial content is managed with Sanity. Content is retrieved from the Sanity project when the static website is built. The published website generally does not load this editorial data from Sanity in a visitor’s browser.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to answer your request and manage the related correspondence. It is deleted when no longer required for those purposes, unless statutory retention duties apply.

Amazon affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links leading to Amazon. You leave Hrafnspeki only after clicking such a link. Amazon may then use its own data, cookies and similar technologies under its privacy policy. Hrafnspeki may receive a commission but does not receive information identifying the individual purchaser.

Cookies and audience measurement

Hrafnspeki currently uses no proprietary audience analytics and no non-essential cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be obtained where required.
